Project Manager - Township / Construction Projects

  • Job Context

    We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Environmental Consultant who can independently manage Environmental Clearance (EC) projects for building construction and township area development projects, including Sector 38 & 39 developments.

    The candidate should possess strong expertise in preparation and review of EC reports, regulatory compliances, environmental laws, SEAC presentations, client coordination, vendor management, and statutory documentation. The role requires complete ownership of environmental consultancy activities from project initiation to compliance closure.

  • Job Responsibility

    Environmental Clearance

    • Preparation and review of Environmental Clearance (EC) reports for Building Construction & Township Development Projects.
    • Ensure timely submission of compliances, reports, and statutory documentation.
    • Handle implementation and interpretation of environmental laws, notifications, amendments, and regulatory requirements.
    Coordinate with regulatory authorities including SEAC, SEIAA, CPCB, SPCB, and other statutory bodies.

    SEAC III Presentation & Documentation

    • Prepare technical presentations and supporting documents for SEAC III meetings.
    • Present project environmental aspects effectively before authorities and stakeholders.
    • Maintain proper environmental documentation, records, approvals, and compliance reports.

    Project Coordination & Client Management

    • Coordinate effectively and efficiently with clients regarding project progress, compliance requirements, and approvals.
    • Manage communication with architects, civil consultants, contractors, and project teams.
    • Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for environmental studies, monitoring, & compliance activities.

    Site Monitoring & Environmental Management

    • Conduct site visits and environmental inspections for ongoing projects.
    • Monitor implementation of environmental management plans (EMP).
    • Ensure compliance related to Air, Water, Noise, & Pollution Control measures at project sites.

  • Educational Requirement

    • Master’s Degree in Environmental Science (M. Sc. Environmental Science) or
      M. Tech in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering with relevant environmental consultancy experience.


  • Experience Requirement

    • Minimum 03–05 years of strong experience in environmental consultancy and EC projects.
    • Experience in handling building construction and township area development projects independently.
    • NABET Accredited Candidate Preferable.

  • Additional Requirement

    • Experience in large-scale township and infrastructure development projects.
    • Strong exposure to SEAC / SEIAA processes and environmental approvals.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
    • Good presentation and technical writing skills.
