Coastal Regulation Zone, the area between High
Tide Line (HTL) and Low Tide Line (LTL) and area up to 500 meters towards
landward side from HTL, is a separate realm of nature enriched with an
ecosystem which is vulnerable because of the developmental activities near the
shoreline. In order to nurture the coastal treasures and resources, MoEFCC has
formulated CRZ notification, annexed with permissible and prohibited
activities. At Envirosphere Consultant & Engineers, we hold adequate
experience in providing CRZ Clearance Services. We assist the clients to meet
the needs of the project in line with the CRZ guidelines published by MoEFCC.
We conduct site visits, assessment studies, documentation for the Town planning
authority, the Urban Development Department and Environmental Department. We
make presentations to the National/ State Coastal Zone Management Authority
(NCZMA/ SCZMA) and also co-ordinate with MoEFCC recognised agencies such as
IRS, CESS, NIO, NCSCM, etc.
